HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO COME?
Children under 5 (aged 4 or below) go free but do require a valid ticket which needs to be booked when booking your adult ticket.
Children under 14 years old (aged 5 -13) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) at all times and will need a full-price ticket.
If you're 14 or older you can attend on your own, please bring ID with you.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on-site.
I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET FOR SLAM DUNK FESTIVAL ALREADY, HOW DO I GET A DISCOUNTED A DAY TO REMEMBER TICKET?
If you have already booked your Slam Dunk Festival ticket (before Thursday 6th Feb1 10am) then you will receive an email from your ticket provider explaining how to claim your discounted A Day To Remember Ticket.
If you booked via See Tickets and opted out of marketing emails and therefore have NOT received a pre-sale email, please contact See Tickets who will issue the pre-sale link and promo code information to you.
I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED A WEEKEND SLAM DUNK TICKET / TWO DAYS OF SLAM DUNK, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have booked a weekend ticket for the festival or two-day tickets, you can get in touch with your ticket provider who will be more than happy to facilitate changing your tickets to 1 day of Slam Dunk Festival and the A Day To Remember show.
I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED MY COACH TRAVEL THROUGH BIG GREEN COACH, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you have already booked your day return please get in touch with Big Green Coach as they are going to provide some weekend return journeys for people wishing to attend both events.
ARE YOU RUNNING SHUTTLE BUSES TO AND FROM THE CONCERT IN LEEDS?
Yes, there will be shuttle buses running from Sovereign Street in Leeds City Centre to Temple Newsam.
Single - £4 + booking fees
Return - £8 + booking fees
Shuttles to the concert will run from 14:30 - 18:00
Shuttles back into the city centre will run from 22:00 – 00:00

IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, there is parking at both of the shows. This can be booked in advance from the ticket page. Please note that if you are attending BOTH Slam Dunk Festival AND A Day To Remember in the SAME location you are NOT permitted to leave your car overnight and you WILL need to purchase a valid parking pass for each day.
WHAT CAN YOU BRING TO THE A DAY TO REMEMBER SHOW? WHAT IS PROHIBITED?
Like all large scale outdoor events there are restrictions on what you can and can't bring into Slam Dunk Festival. We have security checks on the entrance to the festival to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Bags - You will be able to bring a bag to the festival if it meets our bag policy requirements. Our bag policy has changed from previous years, backpacks smaller than a piece of A3 paper will now be permitted into the festival. More information can be found by visiting this post on our new bag policy.
ID - We recommend bringing ID to the festival as all bars will require this to serve you if you wish to buy alcohol. We accept cards bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving license, and a passport.
Food and Drink - You can't bring food and drink into the festival but we have a wide range of food stalls, bars and fresh water available across the site.
Medication - You can bring medication labeled in your name (please bring ID). Please make security aware of this before entering the security checks.
Recreational Drugs - We have a strict anti-drugs policy. The use of illegal substances including new psychoactive substances (NPS) or similar is strictly forbidden. Any persons found in possession of illegal or illicit substances will be ejected and substances seized.
