Tickets for Slam Dunk Festival can only be purchased from the following ticket retailers:

Slam Dunk Festival North - Sunday 26th May 2024
Please do not buy tickets from any other retailers as they may not be valid and please do not buy tickets from anyone on social media – Slam Dunk Festival does not take any responsibility for any tickets purchased from any unconfirmed retailers.

I attended last year, how do I access my discounted ticket?
All ticket holders from 2023 should have received an email from their ticket retailer on how to obtain their discounted ticket for Slam Dunk Festival 2024. Please note the discounted tickets will only be available to redeem until Friday 10th November.
Please use the same ticket retailer you used for 2023 if you wish to get the discounted tickets:
See Tickets – Please use your email address that you used to purchase your tickets from 2023 as a promo code on the ticket page – once you have inputted your email address, the discounted tickets will appear.
Ticketweb – Please use your email address that you used to purchase your tickets from 2023 as a promo code on the ticket page – once you have inputted your email address, the discounted tickets will appear.
Eventim – Please look out for an email which will include a unique promo code for you to use on the Eventim website, if you have not received the email, please contact Eventim directly and they can issue you with a code
Big Green Coach - Please look out for an email which will include a unique promo code for you to use on the Big Green Coach website, if you have not received the email, please contact Big Green Coach directly and they can issue you with a code
What is an early bird ticket and do I need anything to access them?
Early bird tickets are admission tickets to the festival, just at a lower price, these are limited and will sell out quickly. Once these have sold out we will move to the next tier of pricing.
You will not need any promo code or special link to access the Early Bird tickets.
Please note Early Bird tickets will go offsale on Friday 10th November.
How do I buy car parking tickets?
Car parking tickets are available ONLY via See Tickets – this is because this year they will be physical tickets for you to display in your car so they will be posted to you before the event, please ensure that your delivery address is correct when booking.
Can I buy car parking on the day?
No, car parking tickets can ONLY be purchased in advance from See Tickets
What is a weekend ticket?
A weekend ticket is one ticket that gives you access to both events at a reduced price.
I’m ordering from your website or See Tickets - What does ‘Digital Tickets’ mean?
Digital tickets just means you have to access your tickets via the See Tickets Wallet app. This is connected to your See Tickets Account (so make sure you use the same log in details) and very easy to use. It can also be used offline, should you not have great signal when you get to the event.
To ensure a smooth ticket buying process we advise signing up for a See Tickets account prior to tickets going onsale – head to our website and click ‘tickets’ to do this.
Any issues with logging in please reset your password and then try again.
What if I am buying tickets for friends / family members on my account?
Once your tickets are in your See Tickets Wallet app you can easily and securely send them to your friends account by entering their email address, please note they will also need to create a See Tickets account to access these.
