ONSITE INFORMATION
Information Points

There will be 3 information points located on site and a dedicated team will be available throughout the day to assist with any queries you may have.
A member of security will also be located here. This is where we advise you visit for lost property enquiries and any other security or wellbeing needs.
Lockers and bag drop
Lockers and bag drop services will be available and will be located by the entrance/exit. Smaller lockers are available with USB charging facilities and are accessible throughout the day, please note you must provide your own charging cables. Bag drop services are available for larger items that are not permitted in to the festival site (larger than A3). Please note, once bags are dropped off here you will not be able to access them again until leaving the festival.

Mobiloo
Mobiloo is an accessible toilet equipped with a hoist and full sized changing table. We have two of these at each site. One is at Main Stage East accessible viewing platform and the other is at the Main Stage West accessible viewing platform.
Wifi
There will be dedicated public wifi hubs located at each bar. These will be available to all attendees with no password required.

Slam Dunk App

The Slam Dunk Festival app is the best way to see what is available onsite at North and South! Once ready, a full interactive map will be available on the app for you to start planning your day!

Baby / Child Facilities
​
If you are bringing a baby / child to Slam Dunk Festival you are able to bring in food etc for your visit for your child / baby.
​
Pushchairs and trolleys are permitted but please be mindful of other attendees and the ground conditions.
​
Baby changing units are available at all of info points.
​
There will be baby food warming facilities available, locations to be confirmed closer to the event.
