Slam Dunk Festival 2021 will now take place on:
NORTH: SATURDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER
SOUTH: SUNDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER
All previously booked tickets remain valid.
Slam Dunk Festival is a one day festival with no camping that happens in TWO locations (Leeds - Temple Newsam and Hatfield - Hatfield Park)
All artists play both days unless specifically stated
Weekend tickets can be purchased for the events, weekend tickets cover both days of the festival in the two different locations, customers will need to travel between the two festival sites (Leeds and Hatfield)
WHAT COVID-19 POLICIES WILL BE IN PLACE?
Much like many other festivals and large scale events across the country, Slam Dunk Festival will be asking all ticket holders to provide their COVID status to gain entry in to this year’s event.
We would like to point out that you DO NOT need to be double vaccinated to gain entry. Providing EITHER of the following is acceptable:
- Proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR test result logged within 48 hours of the event OR
- Proof of immunity based upon a positive PCR test result, clear of the 10 day isolation period, logged within 180 days of the event OR
- Proof of double vaccination, with the 2nd dose received at least 14 days prior to the event
Just ONE of the above criteria is needed in order to gain entry.
For negative test results, they must be logged with the NHS, and the text/email confirmation will be accepted as proof. We also encourage people to use the NHS App which not only shows your test results, but is also the way to prove your record of vaccination or immunity through previous infection. Paper vaccination cards are not accepted.
If you test positive or have been asked by test and trace to isolate, a refund will be available from your ticket provider.

Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland: If the NHS app is still not available at the time of the festival, an NHS email or text showing a negative test result (or proof of vaccination if available in your region) will be required. This can be registered online, without using the app: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
Rest Of The World: anyone entering the country will obviously need to provide documentation to the airline proving their status. We will accept all foreign certification in line with the airlines and UK customs.
Minors: covid status must be provided for all festival goers aged 11 and over.
Obviously, things may change before the festival rolls around in September. Other forms of certification may become available. We will update you on this as and when more information becomes available. We aren’t privy to any information that you aren’t, and are doing our best to navigate this new and unique challenge to still provide the festival you are used to. We appreciate all the positive and understanding messages from our great customers and will update you as often as possible if things change. A definitive guide will be published the week of the event.
I booked tickets for May 2020 / September 2020 / May 2021 and I can no longer attend the new dates. Can I get a refund?
Yes! Please contact your ticket provider for a refund. If you booked directly via our website, your ticket provider is See Tickets and you can log into their customer service portal here. From there you can request a refund on your tickets. PLEASE NOTE See Tickets are working through all refunds as quickly as possible, but they do advise it could take up to 28 days for them to process.
I booked tickets for Slam Dunk North but now Slam Dunk South is more suitable for me, can I swap my tickets over?
Yes, absolutely. Please contact your ticket provider and they will be able to facilitate this for you.
I need to update my delivery address / email address on my tickets?
If you need to update or check your booking details please go to See Tickets customer service portal here. You will just need your booking confirmation number and your postcode / last 4 digits of the card you used on the original booking
Once you have logged in your can check + update your address details, email details, you can also check the status of your order and contact See Tickets directly if you have any queries
I received e-tickets when I first booked my tickets last year, are these still valid even though they have the old dates on them?
Yes, any tickets that you have already received will still be valid unless you have been informed otherwise. If you have any queries about the validity of your tickets, please contact your ticket provider.
I need to contact See Tickets but I can't find my reference number, what can I do?
If you can't find your original booking confirmation email containing your booking reference please go to See Tickets customer service portal here, if you then scroll down to the bottom and input your email address where it says 'Forgotten your details' See Tickets will then send you an email reminder containing all of your booking info
I'm trying to book tickets but my payment isn't going through, can you help?

When I booked tickets I was under 18 so I booked an under 18's ticket, I'm now over 18, do I need to swap my ticket over?
If you have turned 18 since booking your tickets, you do not need to swap your tickets over to Over 18 tickets. If you do not intend on buying alcohol from the bar then you can use the under 18's ticket for entry. If you wish to purchased alcohol whilst at the festival, simply bring your under 18 ticket with you on the day of the event with a VALID form of ID and you will be issued an Over 18's wristband
Are VIP tickets sold out?
Yes, VIP tickets for both sites have been sold out for a while. We keep them up on the ticket page as sometimes a couple become available due to customers requesting a refund. If/when this happens the VIP tickets go back on sale on our ticket page. If you have already purchased general admission tickets and wish to upgrade, should any VIP tickets be available, purchase them and then get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking reference numbers and we can pass over to See Tickets for them to refund your original order
I have purchased a deposit, how do I pay off my balance?
The new deposit scheme is different from the payment plans that we have done before. Payments are NOT automatically taken. You can decide when to pay off your remaining balance (this just has to be done BEFORE 30th July)
To pay off your balance, head here to log into your See Tickets account (using your booking reference number)
Once logged in you should be able to see your deposit tickets listed, directly underneath this there should be a link that says ‘click here to buy balance tickets’
Once you’ve clicked that link, scroll down to the ‘payment plan’ section and select how many balances you wish to pay off.
Once you have added the balances to your basket, check out as normal, once the payment is complete your balance has been successfully paid off.
What is the Launch Party / After Party + how do I get tickets?
The launch + after-parties are for those of you who wish to start the party early and carry on partying until late! They are club night style events with a variety of rooms covering everything from heavy metal to pop-punk anthems.
We are throwing a launch party for Slam Dunk Festival 2021 in Leeds on Friday 3rd September at Leeds Becketts for those of you wanting to start the party early! Tickets from here
The Slam Dunk North after-party will take place at Leeds University Union on Saturday 4th September. Tickets from here
The Slam Dunk South after-party will take place at the o2 Academy Islington on Sunday 5th September
A shuttle bus service will run from the festival to Angel Tube Station (across the road from the after-party venue)
