Tickets for Slam Dunk Festival can only be purchased from the following ticket retailers:

Please do not buy tickets from any other retailers, as they may not be valid. Additionally, please do not buy tickets from anyone on social media, as Slam Dunk Festival does not take responsibility for any tickets purchased from unconfirmed retailers.

If you can no longer attend Slam Dunk Festival 2026 - please head to TIXEL to list your tickets. Please do not list your tickets on social media.

Ticket FAQs
What do the different ticket names mean?
All ticket tiers allow general admission entry to the festival. To thank our loyal customers for purchasing their tickets early, we offer lower-priced tickets. The ticket tiers are Early Bird, General Admission and Final Release.

Early Bird tickets at £120 will be available from 10am Saturday 27th September to 23.59
​
General Admission tickets at £129 will then go onsale at midnight (12 AM) Sunday 28th September
​
Once General Admission tickets are sold out, Final Release tickets at £139 will go onsale
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are available across all ticket types via See Tickets. For more information, please visit our ticket page HERE.

To enable a payment plan you just need to add the tickets you require into your basket and then at checkout select 'Payment Plan' you will then be asked how many months you would like to split your payments over.

Please note that no changes can be made to orders that are paid for using a payment plan, should you need to change anything you will need to book again and then cancel your current payment plan.
Payment plans are also available on coach travel packages with our official travel partner Big Green Coach.

What does a VIP add-on include?
A VIP add-on gives you access to the ‘Guest / VIP area’ which has a bar, cocktail bar, posh toilets, DJ’s and more! Please note that the VIP add-on does not include entry to the festival itself - you will need a valid entry ticket. These will be available at a later date - sign up to our mailing list to be alerted when they go on sale.
How do I get my car parking pass?
Car parking passes are stickers which need to be on display in your vehicle upon arrival. These will be dispatched by post ONLY. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct on your See Tickets account when booking.
Can I buy car parking on the day?
No, car parking tickets can only be purchased in advance from See Tickets. For more details on this please head to the travel pages as below:

What is a weekend ticket?
A weekend ticket is a discounted entry ticket which gives you access to both Slam Dunk Festival days. Please note, no travel is included in the ticket and ticket holders will need to arrange their own transport between the two locations. Weekend tickets can be found under the 'general admission' or 'access viewing platforms' tabs on our ticket pages.
I have a query about my order details/order / tickets - who do I contact?
Should you have any queries about receiving your order, ticket queries or if you need to update your account information, please contact your ticket retailer directly by heading to the help / FAQ pages below:
I’ve purchased a ticket for South, but I now want to attend North - can I swap my ticket over?
If you have booked via See Tickets / our website - please book the new ticket/s you require and then head HERE to fill out the quick Rebook and Refund Form. Please note that if your new booking is not equal or more than the monetary value of your original order, your refund request will be denied. Should this be the case, please contact See Tickets directly.

I have booked my tickets but I can now no longer attend, what can I do?

Please only use Tixel when relisting / buying resale tickets. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets bought from any other resale source - this includes sales from social media.

I’m ordering from See Tickets - What does ‘Digital Tickets’ mean?
Digital tickets just means you have to access your tickets via the See Tickets Wallet app. This is connected to your See Tickets Account (so make sure you use the same log in details) and very easy to use. It can also be used offline, should you not have great signal when you get to the event.
To ensure a smooth ticket buying process we advise signing up for a See Tickets account prior to tickets going onsale – head to our website and click ‘tickets’ to do this.
Any issues with logging in please reset your password and then try again.
What if I am buying tickets for friends / family members on my account?
Once your tickets are in your See Tickets Wallet app you can easily and securely send them to your friends account by entering their email address, please note they will also need to create a See Tickets account to access these.
