Slam Dunk Festival 2027 – Camping Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction and Camping Dates
1.1 These Camping Terms and Conditions ("Camping Terms") apply to all campers at Slam Dunk Festival 2027 (the "Festival") and form part of your ticket contract with Slam Dunk (the "Organiser"). They sit alongside the Festival's general ticket terms and the venue's site rules.
1.2 By buying a camping ticket, entering a campsite or pitching a tent, you agree to follow these Camping Terms and to make sure everyone in your group does too.
1.3 Camping is available only on the dates and at the times below. Camping outside these times is not permitted.
Slam Dunk Festival North Camp Site and Camping Car Parks open Friday 28th May 4pm / Closes Sunday 30th May 12pm
Slam Dunk Festival South Camp Site and Camping Car Parks open Saturday 29th May 4pm / Closes Monday 31st May 12pm
1.4 A camping ticket is valid only for the site named on it (North or South)
2. Age Restrictions - 18+ Only
2.1 The campsites are strictly 18+. Everyone staying in a campsite must be 18 or over on the day they arrive. No exceptions are made for children or young people accompanied by an adult.
2.2 You must hold a valid camping ticket for the correct site and dates. A festival day ticket alone does not entitle you to camp.
2.3 Challenge 25 will be in operation. You may be asked for photo ID showing your date of birth (passport, photocard driving licence or PASS-accredited card) at the campsite entrance or at any time while camping. If you cannot show valid ID, you may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund.
2.4 Anyone found to be under 18 in a campsite will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given. Anyone who buys camping on behalf of a person under 18 does so in breach of these terms.
3. Arrival, Departure and Site Access
3.1 Campsites open at the times in clause 1.3. Please do not queue or park near the site before then, and follow directions from stewards and traffic management staff.
3.2 Leave No Trace. You must leave the campsite and take all your belongings and rubbish with you by the closing time in clause 1.3. Vehicles and equipment left after closing may be removed and disposed of at your expense.
3.3 All customers must present their festival entry ticket and their campsite entry tickets upon arrival to the campsite. All customers MUST have both a festival admission ticket AND a camping ticket to enter the campsite. Staff will scan both tickets upon entry and issue wristbands.
3.4 Customers cannot collect wristbands on other customers' behalf. When tickets are scanned, the wristbands must be issued to the person present at the time of scanning.
3.5 Wristbands must be worn at all times in the campsite and shown on request. Lost or cut-off wristbands may not be replaced.
3.6 All people and belongings are subject to search on entry and at any time inside the campsite. Anyone who refuses a search will be refused entry.
3.7 The Organiser may close, restrict or move any part of a campsite at any time for safety, security, weather or ground-condition reasons.
3.8 Arrival instructions for all arrival methods (pick-up/drop-off, car parking and campervan pitches) will be sent out before the events. Follow these carefully and do not share them online. If you have purchased a campervan pitch or camping parking ticket, you will need to have these on display on your windscreen before your arrival.
3.9 Strictly NO vehicles will be permitted to drive into the camping fields. This also includes the accessible camping area.
4. Banned Items
4.1 Campfires, fire pits or open flames of any kind are not allowed in the campsites.
4.2 Disposable BBQs are not allowed. Charcoal and other solid-fuel BBQs, including portable and "instant light" types, are also banned.
4.3 Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, sky lanterns and any other pyrotechnics are not allowed.

5.5 Spare fuel and gas canisters must be stored safely, upright, away from heat and out of direct sunlight, and must stay within the limits in clause 5.1.
5.6 Stewards may inspect stoves and fuel at any time. Anything that does not meet these rules, including stoves that are unstable or fuel over the limit, will be confiscated or must be removed from site.
6. Pitching and Fire Safety
6.1 Pitch only in designated camping areas and follow the steward's instructions on where to pitch. Keep emergency access routes, fire lanes, walkways and toilet and water points clear.
6.2 Keep tents and structures at least [1] metre from your neighbours' and leave a gap between pitches for fire safety, as directed by stewards. Guy ropes must not block pathways.
6.3 Tents must be flame-retardant where possible. Do not smoke or vape inside tents. Extinguish cigarettes fully and use the bins or ashtrays provided.
6.4 Know where the nearest fire point and steward are. If there is a fire, move away immediately, alert a steward as soon as you can.
7. Campervan Pitches and Car Parking
7.1 Everyone wishing to bring a campervan to the campsite will need a campervan pitch ticket. All campervan pitches MUST be booked in advance.
7.2 All campervan pitches are 8 x 8m - your vehicle and any extra camping equipment (awning etc) must be inside your designated space.
7.3 If you have booked an electric hook-up pitch, you will need to supply your own 25m 16A Ceeform cable to plug in. No refunds will be issued if you do not supply this and therefore cannot access the power. These will NOT be available to purchase upon arrival.
7.4 Campervan pitches are strictly for purpose-built or professionally converted campervans only. Panel vans fitted with bunks or temporary sleeping arrangements, unconverted vans, caravans, trailer tents and other vehicles or towing units are not permitted. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that does not meet these requirements.
7.5 Sleeping overnight in vehicles is strictly prohibited in all general and camping car parks. Vehicles parked in these areas must not be used for overnight accommodation, and all attendees requiring overnight accommodation must use the designated camping or campervan facilities. The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or require compliance with this policy.
8. Behaviour and Welfare
8.1 Respect other campers, staff, neighbours and the venue. Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory or abusive behaviour, harassment and anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
8.2 Keep noise down from midnight to 8:00am. Music from vehicles, speakers and instruments in the campsites is not allowed during these hours.
8.3 Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. The Organiser may refuse entry to or remove anyone who is unfit or behaving unsafely.
8.4 Look out for each other. If you need help, find a steward or visit the welfare or medical point.
9. Rubbish and the Environment
9.1 Take all your tents, equipment and belongings home. Abandoned camping gear will be treated as rubbish.
9.2 Use the bins and recycling points provided and keep your pitch clean. Do not dig holes, trenches or drive pegs or stakes deeper than the venue allows.
9.3 The Organiser may charge a clean-up fee if you cause damage to the venue or leave excessive waste.
10. Security and Valuables
10.1 Keep valuables with you or leave them at home. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, including in tents or vehicles.
10.2 Report any theft or suspicious behaviour to a steward or security straight away.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11.2 Subject to clause 10.1, the Organiser, the venue owners and their staff and contractors are not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from your use of the campsite, except where caused by their negligence or breach of these terms.
11.3 You are responsible for your own safety and equipment, and for any damage caused by you or your group to the venue, other campers' property or the Organiser's equipment.
12. Alcohol and Food
12.1 Attendees may bring a reasonable personal quantity of alcohol into the campsite for their own consumption. 13.2 Your whole camping party is responsible for each other's conduct. A breach by one person may affect the whole group.
13.3 The Organiser may change these terms to reflect the venue's requirements, safety needs or legal obligations. Updated terms will be published on the Festival website.
13.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
