Accessible General Admission Ticket
The Accessible General Admission Ticket is for customers who require accessibility provisions but do not require use of a viewing platform.
This ticket includes:

The Accessible General Admission Ticket does not include access to the viewing platforms or the facilities on the viewing platforms.
If you require use of a viewing platform, you must purchase an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket instead.
Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket
The Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket is for customers who require use of the viewing platforms.
Viewing platform spaces must be booked specifically and cannot be requested through the Access Requirements Form.
The viewing platforms have:

This ticket includes:

Please note that viewing platform spaces are subject to capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.
Standard General Admission Ticket
If you purchase a Standard General Admission Ticket but require accessibility facilities or a PA / Essential Companion or accessible parking or pick up and drop off, please complete the Access Requirements Form to request the facilities you require for your visit.
You will not be able to request a space on the Accessible Viewing Platform.

Important: Everyone Must Complete the Access Requirements Form
All customers who purchase an accessibility ticket must complete the Access Requirements Form.
This applies regardless of which accessibility ticket you purchase.
The form must also be completed if you purchase a Standard General Admission Ticket and require accessibility provisions.
Why do I need to complete the form?
The Access Requirements Form allows our Access Team to understand your individual requirements and make the necessary arrangements for your visit.
The form can be used to request or confirm:
PA / Essential Companion requirements
Facilities wristbands
Accessible parking
Accessible pick-up and drop-off
Other accessibility requirements
Purchasing an Accessible General Admission Ticket or Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket does not replace the requirement to complete the Access Requirements Form.
Slam Dunk Festival is an all-ages festival. Under 5’s go free. Free-of-charge under-5s tickets can be added to your order when purchasing tickets. Anyone ages 5 or over will need a full-priced ticket.
Please note that whilst we are an all-ages festival, there are no activities/entertainment directly for children, but if you want to start your little ones young and bring them to the rock show, you’re more than welcome!
Applications close: 30 April 2027
Applications will close strictly 4 weeks before the event.
Please make sure you submit your Access Requirements Form before this deadline.
A full Access Guide will be sent to all access customers as soon as it is ready for 2027.
There are raised viewing platforms at every stage at the event.
There are accessible and standard toilets at each platform.
Who needs a Viewing Platform Ticket?
If you require use of a viewing platform, you must purchase an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket.
Viewing platform spaces must be booked specifically.
They cannot be requested through the Access Requirements Form.
The Accessible General Admission Ticket does not include access to the viewing platforms or the facilities on the viewing platforms.
Why are viewing platforms booked separately?
Viewing platform spaces get booked up very quickly.
Keeping them separate from the Access Requirements Form allows customers to take their time completing the form without worrying that their viewing platform space will be taken while their application is being processed.
It also helps us manage expectations.
For example, if someone cannot attend the event without using a viewing platform, we do not want them to purchase a ticket and complete the Access Requirements Form, only to find out later that we cannot accommodate their request for a viewing platform.

You must book an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket
How to book

Go to the relevant ticket page.

Select the show you would like to purchase tickets for.

Select 'Access Viewing Platforms'.

Complete your ticket purchase.

Complete the Access Requirements Form.
Once you have completed the ticket purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing a link to the Access Requirements Form.
Completing the Access Requirements Form is required, even if you have already purchased an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket.
Please complete the form as soon as you can so that we can confirm your other access requirements.
You can also complete the form using the Access Requirements Form link which is in the 'Important Links' section on this page.

All platforms on the day of the event are subject to capacity.
They will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Although we issue the correct number of spaces for the platforms, this is a combined capacity across all platforms available at the event.
We cannot predict or pre-manage demand for individual artists or stages throughout the day.
If there is an artist you definitely want to see
If there is an artist you definitely wish to watch from a particular platform, we advise you to arrive in plenty of time.
Keeping the platforms safe
We aim for the platforms to be a safe space for all customers.
Please be mindful of other customers around you when using them.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the platforms at any time.
There will be chairs provided on the platforms for customers who need them.
We ask that all customers remain seated on the platforms so that everyone can see the performances.
The chairs provided are plastic chairs with no arms.
All access customers also welcome to bring their own chair to use:
On the viewing platforms (with an accessible viewing platform ticket)
In the general areas around the event
If you bring your own chair to use in the general areas, please consider where you position yourself.
Some acts may become very busy and there may be a lot of movement, including mosh pits.
For your safety and the safety of those around you, please try to stay on the outskirts of the crowds.
A PA / Essential Companion ticket is a complimentary ticket for customers who would be unable to attend the event without the aid and support of another person.
Your PA / Essential Companion must be willing and able to perform all necessary tasks required to ensure that your visit is safe.
They must also be able to assist you in the unlikely event of:
An evacuation
An emergency
Any other situation where you require their assistance
Accessible General Admission Tickets
An Accessible General Admission Ticket includes a free-of-charge PA / Essential Companion ticket as standard.
You must still complete the Access Requirements Form.
Accessible Viewing Platform Tickets
If you purchase an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket, your PA / Essential Companion arrangements will be confirmed through your access booking.
You must complete the Access Requirements Form.
Standard General Admission Tickets
If you require a PA ticket please book an Accessible Standing Ticket via See Tickets / Slam Dunk website as these include a PA / Essential Companion as standard.
Should you wish to book via any other ticket agent (Big Green Coach, Dice, Universe) please book your ticket as normal and then request the PA / Essential Companion ticket on the Access Requirements Form.
Do Not Purchase a Separate Ticket for Your PA.
You should not purchase a separate ticket for your PA / Essential Companion if a PA ticket is included with your ticket or issued through your access application.
Any tickets purchased in error for PA / Essential Companions will not be refunded.
VIP Tickets and PA / Essential Companion Tickets
If you purchase a VIP ticket for yourself and are then issued a PA / Essential Companion ticket, your PA / Essential Companion will receive the same access as you.
You therefore do not need to purchase a VIP ticket or upgrade for your PA / Essential Companion to gain entry to the VIP area.
A facilities wristband provides access to:
All accessible toilets across the festival site
This does not include the toilets on the viewing platforms
Queue jump facilities for food vendors and activities, including signings
Lowered bar areas
It does not provide access to the viewing platforms or the facilities on the viewing platforms.
The Access Requirements Form can be used to request or confirm:
A free-of-charge PA / Essential Companion ticket
Free-of-charge accessible parking
An accessible pick-up and drop-off point
A facilities wristband
Other accessibility requirements
All customers purchasing an accessibility ticket must complete the form.
This includes customers purchasing:
An Accessible General Admission Ticket
An Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket
Please note that viewing platform spaces cannot be requested through the Access Requirements Form.
If you require a viewing platform, you must purchase an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket.
Evidence for Access Applications
The Access Requirements Form will ask you to upload some form of evidence to support your application.
You can provide:
Access Card
Nimbus Card
A copy of your PIP or DLA letter
If providing a PIP or DLA letter, please omit any personal details that are not relevant to your application.
If you do not have an Access Card, Nimbus Card, PIP letter or DLA letter, the form includes a section where you can upload other evidence.
This can include:
Doctors' note
A personal statement explaining your need for accessible facilities
What Happens After You Apply?
Please allow up to two weeks for the Access Team to process your Access Requirements Form.
If we need any further information, we will contact you by email.
Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing an access reference number.
You will use this number when you arrive at the event to collect your wristbands and passes.
Please keep your confirmation email safe.
The confirmation email will come from: access@slamdunkmusic.com
Please note that our accessible platforms are unable to cater for people with temporary impairments.
For the purposes of this policy, a temporary impairment means an injury or condition that affects someone for less than 12 months.
Examples include:
Broken bones
Pregnancy
Healing injuries
We offer free-of-charge accessible parking for customers with accessibility needs.
You do not need to book or pay for accessible parking when purchasing your event ticket.
Accessible parking is requested through the Access Requirements Form.
Important information about accessible parking
Spaces at both accessible car parks are limited.
We prioritise Blue Badge holders.
If you would like to use an accessible car park but are not a Blue Badge holder, please provide a short explanation when prompted on the Access Requirements Form.
Please note that if you purchase a ticket for one of the other car parks and then request accessible parking the access team will not be able to refund your original parking charge.
If You Are Granted Access to an Accessible Car Park
You will receive a parking pass by post.
The pass will contain your arrival instructions.
Please only follow the instructions on your parking pass.
Do not follow other signage directing you to the general car parks.
Once your parking pass has been sent by post, please do not share it online.
The accessible car parks have limited spaces. Unauthorised use of these spaces can have a significant knock-on effect for customers who genuinely need to use them.
Distances to the Event
Slam Dunk Festival North
The accessible car park is located at the hardstanding car park for Temple Newsam House.
The car park is approximately 220m from the access entrance.
The pathway to the entrance is all hardstanding.
There is an incline going down to the entrance for 40m.
Slam Dunk Festival South
The accessible car park is located on a grassy area approximately 90m from the access entrance.
Shuttle Bus
A shuttle bus operates between:
Sovereign Street, Leeds City Centre and the event.
The shuttle then returns to the city centre.
Drop-off point to be confirmed.
Booking
The shuttle bus must be booked in advance through the main ticket page.
All buses are wheelchair accessible.
If you are unable to queue or stand, please tell the Big Green Coach staff when you arrive.
They will assist you with getting on the next available shuttle.
If you have been granted a PA ticket for your Essential Companion, they can travel with you free of charge.
Your outbound journey
On your first journey, you will not yet have your access wristbands.
Please therefore be prepared to show Big Green Coach staff your Accessibility confirmation from Slam Dunk Festival.

There is a separate access pick-up and drop-off location away from the general pick-up and drop-off area.
If you would like to use this facility, you can request it when completing your Access Requirements Form.
You will then receive a pass by post.

Directions to the location
Train
Due to the proximity of the event to Hatfield Train Station, a large percentage of people travel to the event by train.
Hatfield Train Station is a 22-minute direct journey from Kings Cross, London.
The distance from Hatfield Train Station to the Access Entrance / Main Pedestrian Entrance is approximately 900m.
Shuttle Bus
Shuttle buses run from Slam Dunk South to Central London (exact drop off location is to be confirmed).
These services run from 10pm.
Important
There are no shuttle services from these locations running TO Slam Dunk Festival.
We highly advise booking shuttle tickets in advance through the main ticket page.
If you require a wheelchair-friendly bus, or if you are unable to queue or stand for periods of time, please tell the Big Green Coach staff when you arrive.
They will assist you with getting on the next available shuttle.
If you have been granted a PA ticket for your Essential Companion, they can travel with you free of charge.
There is a separate access pick-up and drop-off location away from the general pick-up and drop-off area.
If you would like to use this facility, you can request it when completing your Access Requirements Form.
