If you require accessibility provisions but do not need a viewing platform, purchase an:
Accessible General Admission Ticket
This includes:

A free-of-charge PA / Essential Companion ticket

It does not include use of the viewing platforms or the facilities on the viewing platforms.
You must still complete the Access Requirements Form.

Yes.
Everyone purchasing an Accessible General Admission Ticket or an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket must complete the Access Requirements Form.
This is required regardless of which accessibility ticket you purchase.
Slam Dunk Festival is an all-ages festival. Under 5’s go free. Free-of-charge under-5s tickets can be added to your order when purchasing tickets. Anyone ages 5 or over will need a full-priced ticket.
Please note that whilst we are an all-ages festival, there are no activities/entertainment directly for children, but if you want to start your little ones young and bring them to the rock show, you’re more than welcome!

A facilities wristband is included as standard.

If you require use of a viewing platform and its facilities, you must purchase an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket. Once these have been fully booked we cannot approve any futher requests to use them.
There will be chairs provided on the platforms for customers who need them.
We ask that all customers remain seated on the platforms so that everyone can see the performances.
The chairs provided are plastic chairs with no arms.
All access customers also welcome to bring their own chair to use:

On the viewing platforms (with an accessible viewing platform ticket)

In the general areas around the event
If you bring your own chair to use in the general areas, please consider where you position yourself.
Some acts may become very busy and there may be a lot of movement, including mosh pits.
For your safety and the safety of those around you, please try to stay on the outskirts of the crowds.

If you purchase an Accessible General Admission Ticket, a PA ticket is included as standard.
If you purchase an Accessible Viewing Platform Ticket or Standard General Admission Ticket and require a PA, this will be dealt with through your access application.
Any tickets purchased in error for PA / Essential Companions will not be refunded.
Yes.
If you have a VIP ticket and your PA / Essential Companion is issued a PA ticket, they will receive the same access as you.
A facilities wristband provides access to:
Accessible toilets across the festival site, excluding the toilets on the viewing platforms
Queue jump facilities for food vendors and activities, including signings
Lowered bar areas
Please allow up to two weeks for the Access Team to process your application.
If we need any further information, we will contact you by email.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your access reference number.
Please keep this email safe, as you will need the check-in number when you arrive to collect your wristbands and passes.

Accessible parking is free of charge, but spaces are limited and must be requested through the Access Requirements Form.
