Phone Theft 
In the current climate of phone thefts at rock events, we must accept that we will be targeted.  As always, we do our absolute best to try and prevent this.  If you suspect that your phone has been stolen or if you see anyone acting suspiciously, please do not approach the suspect yourself and seek security assistance immediately.  If you are in the pit or close enough to the barrier, please let security aware.  If you are not near pit security, please leave the area immediately and visit one of our INFO & SECURITY points to report it.  The faster phone theft is reported the faster our security teams can act in catching the culprits.  

 

We have security constantly patrolling the festival sites, alongside plain clothes security undercover in the crowd.  We will be carrying out random searches on the way out if we find we are being affected by pick-pockets on the day of the festival. Please do not be offended if you are asked, we must do everything we can to stop them.  Please help us catch the people who prey on fans of our music.

 

Thanks to our customers reporting suspected phone thefts quickly and effectively by using the instructions above, we have previously been successful in catching some of the culprits onsite and they were later prosecuted.  We’d like to thank you for working with us on this matter and ask you to be as vigilant this year should we find ourselves being targeted again.
