Slam Dunk Festival Italy 2023 will take place on the early June bank holiday at the following location:

 

1/2/3 June 2023 > Bay Arena (Parco Pavese & Beky Bay), Bellaria Igea Marina (RN)

 

June 1st: the gates will open at 5 pm.

June 2nd and 3rd: the gates will open at 2 pm.

 

Slam Dunk Festival is an all ages festival. Under 9’s go free but it is necessary to send an email to info@hubmusicfactory.com attaching a copy of the ID card/passport of the under 9 years old. 

Anyone aged 9 or over will need a full priced ticket.

Slam Dunk Festival è un festival per tutte le età. I bambini sotto i 9 anni entrano gratis ma é necessario inviare una mail all’indirizzo info@hubmusicfactory.com allegando una copia del documento di identità del minore di 9 anni. Chiunque abbia un'età pari o superiore a 9 anni necessiterà di un regolare biglietto a prezzo pieno.

Slam Dunk Festival Italy is held at the Bay Arena, a concert arena located on Bellaria Igea Marina seafront that comprehends Parco Pavese and Beky Bay.

For people flying from the UK - fly in to Bologna then from Bologna it is an hour's train from Bologna Centrale to Rimini.

 

Direct flights to Bologna from London airports - 1 stop flights from most other major UK airports including Manchester and Birmingham.

 

Alternatively, international visitors can fly into Milan then take the train from Milan to Rimini.  Direct flights are available from London Airports and Manchester to Milan.

Tickets for Slam Dunk Festival Italy 2023 go on sale on Tuesday 22nd November.

Early bird tickets will be available from this date until they sell out as there will only be a limited amount of these available only on Ticketmaster.

FESTIVAL RULES (EN)

 

The entrance of any kind of animal is strictly forbidden (only exception for certified service dogs). We believe that the festival is not be a safe place for them.

 

The following objects are not allowed inside the concert area: suitcases, trolleys, bags and backpacks with a capacity exceeding 30 liters (the size of a backpack), spray cans (mosquito repellent, deodorant, sunscreen, etc…), stadium, weapons, explosive material, pyrotechnic devices, smoke bombs, stones, knives or other pointed or cutting objects, chains, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), food, narcotic substances, flammable material, cans, glass bottles, water bottles, bottles of plastic, selfie sticks and tripods, umbrellas and rods, musical instruments, pens and laser pointers, remote controlled drones and airplanes, audio/video recording equipment, professional and semi-professional cameras, video cameras, GoPro, iPad and tablets, computers, power banks, bicycles, skateboards, skates and overboards, tents and sleeping bags.

 

 

REGOLE DEL FESTIVAL (IT)

 

L’accesso al festival è severamente proibito per qualsiasi animale (ad eccezione dei cani guida certificati), poiché riteniamo che il festival sia un luogo pericoloso per la sicurezza degli animali.

 

I seguenti oggetti non sono ammessi all’interno dell’area concerti: valigie, trolley, borse e zaini con capienza superiore ai 30lt (dimensioni di uno zaino), bombolette spray (antizanzare, deodoranti, creme solari, etc…), trombette da stadio, armi, materiale esplosivo, artifizi pirotecnici, fumogeni, pietre, coltelli o altri oggetti da punta o taglio, catene, bevande (alcoliche e analcoliche), cibo, sostanze stupefacenti, materiale infiammabile, lattine, bottiglie di vetro, borracce, bottiglie di plastica, bastoni per selfie e treppiedi, ombrelli e aste, strumenti musicali, penne e puntatori laser, droni e aereoplani telecomandati, apparecchiature per la registrazione audio/video, macchine fotografiche professionali e semiprofessionali, videocamere, GoPro, iPad e tablet, computer, power bank, biciclette, skateboard, pattini e overboard, tende e sacchi a pelo.

 

 

CAMPING INFORMATION (EN)

 

• Price: 60€ (price per person for three nights)

• Slam Dunk Italy camping is located next to the concert venue!

• Each camper must have his own camping pass for entrance.

• Remember to bring your camping ticket and your ID card/passport at the check in.

• Remember to respect the staff and the other guests of the camping.

• Check-in: from 9 a.m. (1st of June)

• Check-out: by 12 p.m. (4th of June)

• Slam Dunk Italy camping doesn’t rent tents.

• In Slam Dunk Italy camping area you can find an appropriate number of cabin toilets, sinks and shower cubicles.

• On-site security guaranteed 24-7.

• Festival/promoter/venue are not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended to bring not valuable items.

• Dry ice is allowed.

• No campfires or BBQ allowed.

• No motor vehicles are allowed (camper vans and roulottes included).

• No animals are allowed except certified service dogs.

 

INFORMAZIONI CAMPING (IT)

 

• Prezzo: 60€ (prezzo a persona per tre notti)

• Pianti la tenda proprio di fianco all’area concerti!

• Ogni campeggiatore dovrà avere il suo pass campeggio per poter entrare.

• Ricordati di portare il tuo biglietto di ingresso al campeggio e la tua carta di identità/passaporto al momento del check-in.

• Ricordati di rispettare lo staff e gli altri ospiti del campeggio.

• Check-in: dalle 9.00 (1 giugno)

• Check-out: entro le 12.00 (4 giugno)

• Non si noleggiano tende in location.

• Garantiamo un’adeguata presenza di WC, lavabi e docce presso l’area camping di Slam Dunk Festival Italy.

• La security sarà presente nell’area del campeggio 24 ore su 24.

• Il festival, il promoter e la location non sono responsabili per alcun oggetto perso, rubato o rovinato. Consigliamo di non portare con sé oggetti di valore

• Il ghiaccio secco é consentito.

• Vietato accendere fuochi o barbecue.

• Vietato l’accesso a veicoli a motore (compresi camper e roulotte).

• Vietato l’accesso agli animali, ad eccezione dei cani guida certificati.

 

 

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION (EN)

 

Disabled customers who want to participate to Slam Dunk Festival Italy can request a free ticket.
The request must be made by writing an email to info@hubmusicfactory.com no later than 31 calendar days from show date, specifying:
* day, name and place of the festival.
* name, surname, telephone number and email address.
* attach the medical documentation certifying the disability (over 50%) and a copy of the ID card.
* specifying if you will be equipped with a wheelchair or if you will need to watch the show from a protected area.
 

Please note that there will be a total capacity in the viewing platform. Once the maximum number of places available has been exhausted, it will no longer be possible to satisfy further requests.
At the festival entrance, vision of the certificate of disability may be requested.

 

 

POLICY DIVERSAMENTE ABILI (IT)
 
I diversamente abili che vogliono partecipare a Slam Dunk Festival Italy possono richiedere un biglietto omaggio.
La richiesta va effettuata scrivendo una mail a info@hubmusicfactory.com entro e non oltre 31 giorni solari dalla data dello spettacolo, specificando:
- giorno, nome e luogo del festival.
- nome, cognome, numero di telefono e indirizzo mail.
- allegare la documentazione medica attestante l’invalidità (oltre il 50%) e la fotocopia della carta di identità.
- specificando se sarete muniti di carrozzina o se necessiterete di assistere allo spettacolo da un’area protetta.
 

Nota bene: la pedana disabili ha una capienza massima. All’esaurimento del numero massimo di posti disponibili non sarà più possibile soddisfare ulteriori richieste.
All’ingresso del festival potrà essere richiesta visione del certificato di invalidità.
