Introduction

By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The competition is operated by Slam Dunk Festival (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over. Employees of Slam Dunk Festival, and their immediate families or associates, are not eligible to enter.

By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and are able to accept the prize if selected.

How to Enter

The competition runs across 20 consecutive days, with a different prize available each day.

To enter, participants must complete the official competition form listed above, and available via Slam Dunk Festival channels.

Each completed form submission counts as one entry for that day’s prize draw.

Entries are limited to one per person, per day.

Each valid daily entry will also be automatically entered into the Grand Prize draw.

Entry requirements and any additional conditions may be detailed on the relevant competition social media post.

The Prizes

Daily prizes will be as stated as above, and detailed on the relevant social media post at the time of entry.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Grand Prize Details:

• 2 VIP tickets for Slam Dunk South and North 2026

• 2x hotel and coach packages

• £100 bar tab (£50 per site)

• £100 food voucher (£50 per day) 

• £100 festival merch voucher (to be redeemed at the festival) 

 

Please note, if you’ve already booked VIP tickets or travel via Big Green Coach, we will refund your costs.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners for each daily prize and the Grand Prize will be selected at random.

Winners will be notified after the 20-day competition period has ended, using the contact details provided on entry. Prize confirmation will be provided in writing from info@slamdunkfestival.com

The Promoter will make at least one attempt to contact the winner via email or direct message.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, they forfeit the right to the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Redeeming the Prize

Winners may be required to provide valid photo ID to verify their identity and age.

Tickets may be required to be collected from the box office at the relevant event on the day of the event only, unless otherwise stated.

For prizes that include merchandise, collection or delivery details will be confirmed via email.

Data Protection & Publicity

Any personal data provided will be used for the administration of the competition and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
